Warranty Policy

Every watch sold by NH35 Mod Watch Shop (ORA) is hand-assembled with care and backed by our 2 Year Warranty. We stand behind the quality of every timepiece we create.

What Is Covered

Our 2 year warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects — any defect in materials or workmanship that was present at the time of purchase
  • Movement issues — any malfunction of the Seiko automatic movement that occurs under normal use and is not the result of external damage

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Water damage — damage resulting from exposure to water beyond the watch's rated water resistance, or from submersion in water
  • Self-inflicted damage — damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, dropping, improper handling, or unauthorized repair or modification
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case, crystal, or bracelet
  • Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at itsora.co@gmail.com with the subject line Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]
  2. Include a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the watch and the defect
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Warranty Period

The 2 year warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
