Order Processing

All ORA watches are hand-assembled with care and precision. Please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be assembled and prepared for dispatch before it is handed to our shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 10–21 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Total delivery time includes both the processing period (4–7 business days) and the shipping transit time.

Carriers

We ship via DHL, FedEx, and local carriers depending on your destination country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NH35 Mod Watch Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
