Refund & Returns Policy

At NH35 Mod Watch Shop (ORA), we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we create. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The watch must be unworn and in its original condition
• The watch must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
• A return request must be submitted to itsora.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Canada. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. If you would like to exchange your watch for a different style, size, or dial colour, please contact us at itsora.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns — unworn and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Watches that have been worn, adjusted, or altered in any way
• Items returned after the 24-hour window has passed
• Items not in their original packaging
